Which software are the SAMPLES compatible with?

The samples are compatible with all DAWs (FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro, Cubase, etc.).

The presets work with the synthesizer indicated in the pack title (Serum, Serum 2, Vital, etc.).

FL Studio projects are compatible with the latest versions of the software. (We also plan to offer Ableton projects in our upcoming products, so stay tuned!)

The training courses and masterclasses are accessible to everyone, regardless of your level or your DAW (FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro, Cubase, etc.). The advice given is universal.

Which version of Serum are my presets compatible with?

The presets are compatible with Serum 1 (version 1.368 and all higher versions) and Serum 2 (version 2.0.18 and all higher versions)

Are the downloaded files royalty-free?

Yes, when you have purchased one of our packs, you are free to use the sounds however you wish in your musical productions.

The only exception is the FLPs: they are given in the packs for learning purposes, and not for commercial use.

How do I open downloaded files?

We provide our downloads in a .ZIP or .Rar file. To extract the files it contains, download and install a program like 'WinRar' or '7zip'.

Next, simply right-click on the file you downloaded and click on "extract here" or to the folder of your choice.

Error "The ZIP or RAR file is empty" (MAC OS)

Simply decompress the download using 'The Unarchiver', a decompression program for Mac. That solves the problem!

Where can I find my packs once the order has been placed?

Directly to the email address associated with your order! The download email for the pack(s) may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check!

How do I import my pack into FL Studio or my DAW?

To import the pack(s) into your DAW, simply drag and drop them into the files section on the left, so you can use them perfectly!
