FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A question about your packs, installation, or order?
Find all the answers here.
Once your order is confirmed, an email containing your download links is sent automatically. If you don't see it immediately, wait a few minutes and check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders.
If you have a customer account on the site, your files are also accessible at any time in your personal space.
Your links have no expiration date. However, as a security measure against abusive sharing, a limit on download attempts is applied. If you reach this limit legitimately, contact our support for a free reset.
This is a known issue with the default Mac decompression tool on some large files. The solution is simple:
- Download the free application The Unarchiver from the App Store.
- Right-click your ZIP file > "Open with" > "The Unarchiver".
The file will then extract correctly.
Here is the step-by-step method to use your packs correctly:
STEP 1: EXTRACTION (MANDATORY)
Your packs are downloaded in .ZIP or .RAR format. You cannot use them directly in your software without extracting them first.
- On Windows: Right-click the file > "Extract all" (or use WinRAR / 7-Zip).
- On Mac: Double-click the file. If that doesn't work, use the free app The Unarchiver.
STEP 2: ORGANIZATION
To stay organized, create a single folder on your hard drive (for example named "MY SAMPLE LIBRARY") and drag all the extracted folders into it.
STEP 3: INSTALLATION IN MY DAW
🍊 FL STUDIO
- Open FL Studio and go to Options > File Settings.
- Under "Browser extra search folders", click on a small empty folder icon 📂.
- Select your "MY SAMPLE LIBRARY" folder.
⚫ ABLETON LIVE
- In the left column (Browser), go to the "Places" section.
- Click on "Add Folder" and select your library.
🎹 OTHERS (LOGIC, CUBASE...)
Simply open your Windows/Mac folder next to your software, and drag the WAV/MIDI files directly into your project (Drag & Drop).
For Serum:
Open Serum, click "Menu" > "Show Serum Presets Folder". Drag the purchased presets folder into the "User" folder that appears. Restart Serum or use "Rescan folders on disk".
For Vital:
Open Vital, click the menu icon (three lines) > "Import Bank" and select the .vitalbank file. Alternatively, manually place the .vital files into your Vital user folder.
All our Samples (WAV) and MIDI are universal and compatible with 100% of DAWs (FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, etc.).
Project Files (FLP) are specifically designed for FL Studio (the required version is indicated on the product page).
To ensure the presets sound exactly as intended, we recommend using recent versions:
- Xfer Serum: Version 1.368 or higher.
- Vital: Latest stable version.
- Sylenth1: Version 3.0 or higher.
ABSOLUTELY! All Samples, Loops, MIDI, and Presets purchased on BegiPro are 100% royalty-free.
You can use them in your commercial productions (Spotify, Apple Music, Labels, etc.) without crediting us and without paying future royalties.
No. Project files (Templates / FLP) are educational tools. You cannot export the full track as is and release it under your name.
However, you are completely free to use the learned techniques, as well as the individual presets and samples extracted from the project, to create your own original compositions.
