Once your order is confirmed, an email containing your download links is sent automatically. If you don't see it immediately, wait a few minutes and check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders.

If you have a customer account on the site, your files are also accessible at any time in your personal space.

Your links have no expiration date. However, as a security measure against unauthorized sharing, a download attempt limit is applied. If you reach this limit legitimately, contact our support for a free reset.

This is a known issue with the default Mac decompression tool on certain large files. The solution is simple:

1. Download the free app The Unarchiver from the App Store.
2. Right-click on your ZIP file > "Open with" > "The Unarchiver".

The file will then extract correctly.

The samples are compatible with all DAWs (FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro, Cubase, etc.).

The presets work with the synthesizer indicated in the pack title (Serum 2, Vital, Sylenth1).

FL Studio projects are compatible with the most recent versions of the software.

Training and masterclasses are accessible to everyone, regardless of your level or DAW.

To use the presets in this pack, make sure you have the following versions (or newer):

• Serum: Version 2.0 or higher (Serum 2).
• Vital: Latest stable version recommended.
• Sylenth1: Version 3.0 or higher.

To import the pack(s) into your DAW, simply drag & drop them into the left section, in the browser, so you can use them perfectly!

Yes, once you have purchased one of our packs, you are free to use the sounds however you like in your musical productions.

The only exception is the FLPs (if included): they are provided in the packs for educational purposes, not for commercial use.
